Busy Hollywood workhorse J. Pat O'Malley was on at least 1 episode of practically every US tv show made, for several decades straight. Here we get to see Mr O'Malley display much-more talent than he usually is given a chance to show and it is a charming treat indeed.
We all know Adam West as a great mid-1960's Batman so it is a treat to see him here at least 5 years before Batman.
Mr West didn't do a tremendous amount of work by Hollywood standards but he always manages to play quite the interesting character.
Dale Robertson has the affable 'Dale Hardy' role down-pat. This guy manages to be friendly yet wary and no-nonsense at the same time, and he does it very naturally and convincingly in my opinion.
A good and interesting episode. 8/10.
