David Grief : [to Isabelle] Maybe I should have gone with him. I hate just hanging around and doing nothing.

Isabelle Reed : Scared to be alone with me?

David Grief : Scared that Clare may be dead already.

Isabelle Reed : How does one go from being a captain to smearing berry juice all over people?

Isabelle Reed : [handing Paiku the horse's feed bucket] Dante always liked you better anyway.

Isabelle Reed : What?

David Grief : Better watch that sentimental streak. People might find out who you really are.
