Hale tells Mr. Landis that his wagon will keep the same position in the train for the trip. In a previous episode, it was mentioned that the wagons would change positions so that there aren't people at the end that always have to put up with all the dust from the wagons ahead of them. That in itself is a goof because Charlie's wagon is always first in line.
Both Charlie Wooster and the wagon master, Chris Hale, are seen carrying and using clipboards which, in the 1870s, had not yet been invented.
When the shooting starts, a lot of people at the wagon train start yelling, but when Fisher is being chased by Coop, he runs by a campfire where three men are casually having coffee. They finally get up to run out of the way as Fisher goes by.
