- There's a scene in a strip club that shows very graphic female nudity. A fully nude woman's bare breasts and vulva are seen very clearly for a few seconds. Another woman is seen topless.
- A woman is shown in very seductive clothing.
- A man and a woman have sex. The scene is very short, but it is clear they are both naked. A lot of thrusting and her breasts are visible during the scene.

- One of the Jane Doe's body is shown. Her eyes are purple, but the scene is more unnerving than violent.

Violence & Gore
- A man is strangled to death, and subsequently made to look like he hung himself by a door knob. No blood, but it's very disturbing and upsetting to watch as the camera doesn't cut away from any of this.
Profanity
- In the ending, a man suffocates Dee with a belt. We see both fighting all over the room, but finally Dee passes out. He is then put in a suicidal position. Extremely intense and unexpected.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man is unexpectedly suffocated by a man in prison. We see him fighting for his life, but he passes out. His body is then repositioned to look like a suicide, with the camera not cutting away from much of it. One of the most disturbing deaths in the entire show.
