• The start of the episode is very nasty as people attempt to scratch their eyes out. One guy manages to stop himself but winds up stabbing his eye out with a knife only a moment later.

• A bit later we see the people with the bloody eyes. Later on in the episode we see one of the guys in the store for awhile with his damaged eyes (although they are somewhat healed).

• This is a very disturbing episode as this doll makes people suffer and die of gruesome deaths. The doll's always saying, "Let's have fun" and "I want to play".

• Towards the end of the episode this lady tries to kill herself in her own desired way but the doll won't allow it scolding her, "Don't play with matches" blowing them out, "Don't play with knives" slamming/sealing the drawers shut. "Let's play with the hammer," wanting the person to kill herself that way and even going, "I don't like you anymore"
