  Inspector Gadget : Ah, England. Totally charming, wouldn't you say so, Penny?

  Penny : [whilst using a pair of binoculars, sees a couple of M.AD. agents that are about to take Gadget for a little "boat ride" on the Thames]  Oh, yeah. Lovely.

  Inspector Gadget : Lovely? That's all?

• Inspector Gadget : If I don't find Prest-O Change-O soon, the security of the free world could be in jeopardy!

• Inspector Gadget : [to a women, whom he thinks is Prest-O Change-O]  Prest-O Change-O, you're under arrest!

  Security Guard : But, Inspector Gadget, I've known this girl for years.

  Inspector Gadget : How did you know I'm Inspector Gadget?

• [as Gadget, Penny, and Brain are walking past Buckingham Palace, Penny suddenly notices Chief Quimby disguised as a Queen's Guard] 

  Penny : Uncle Gadget? Isn't that Chief Quimby?

  Inspector Gadget : [takes a quick look]  I believe you're right. How are ya, Chief?

  [Chief Quimby doesn't respond] 

  Penny : He can't answer you. These guards have a rule against talking on duty.

  Inspector Gadget : Really?

• Inspector Gadget : Just what do you think you're doing? Pleasure boating is no place on a busy river like this!

• Inspector Gadget : [there is a traffic jam]  It's just like I tell you at home, Penny, always make sure to pick up after yourself. Even a child's tricycle can be dangerous if it's left out on the sidewalk. Yes sir, I'd really like to talk to the idiot who caused this mess.

  Policeman : Excuse me, sir, is that your van?

  [Points to the Gadget Van parked in the middle of the road, which has caused the grid lock] 

  Inspector Gadget : Why yes, it is my van. Hmm, how on earth did it get there?

• Chief Quimby : Congratulations, Gadget. Great job. You stopped Prest-O Change-O from infiltrating our top secret meeting.

  Inspector Gadget : Well, Chief, I knew we'd find him. It was just a matter of timing.
