I didn't like this episode and kept checking the clock.
Illegal immigration does not make for interesting crime drama. Fernando Lamas plays a cop who is helping his under-privileged countrymen stay in the US. He is boring -- how did get to be such a "name" back in the day?
There is a decent chase scene in a car wash at the beginning and later Pete is accosted by a gang of Latinos brandishing pipes and 2x4s. The climax is dreary with Lamas talking down one of the illegals from shooting Pete, Linc and Julie.
Julie wears the Linda McCartney hairdo again in this episode.
Skip this one. 5/10 stars.
