Plot Summary

Who could have imagined that Ahab, a young boy reading the Bible in a hunting cabin lost in the woods in 1840, would one day become the captain of a whaling ship? No one. And yet, with outstretched hands in blows, it grows and takes hold of the oceans. Having become a formidable captain, he meets a dazzling white whale - Moby Dick.
