A jump-cut occurs when Pee-wee takes a photo of the traffic lights. This is noticeable, as the extras and the passing car in the background both change positions after the flash goes off.
When Pee Wee is carjacked by the girls and they spin the sunroof Fiat (Connie) behind the billboard, the Fiat is a hardtop. When they pull back out, it's a sunroof again.
When the window rolls up in the car with the advertisement for the magnetic bag of groceries, the window is shown rolling up completely from the outside shot, but when the camera switches to in the car, it shows the window is still going up.
When PeeWee continues driving right after the stop light, he makes a wide turn to the left toward the bicyclist, but when the camera angle changes, it becomes a very shallow turn.
When the salon team turns around to reveal their patriotic hairdo, the lady seated third from the left, turns her chair to her right, in the wide shot. However, in the next shot, she is turning to her left.
When Pee-Wee is speaking with Emily at the library about his RSVP for the book club meeting, he says "LATTM IHTBD". He then repeats "LATT IHTBD" (leaving out the M). When Emily looks perplexed, he says "Look At The Time, I Have To Be Going." The correct letters should have been "LATT IHTBG".
Just before Joe drives away from Pee-wee's house, Joe is heard saying, "you got a choice to make." However, his lips only read, "you got a choice."
When Pee Wee is singing the song about New York, he sings, "Empire State Building...and then the chorus sings: "The tallest building in the world.." The Empire State building is no longer the tallest in the world. It hasn't been since 1970.
