- In a cutscene, the ringmaster's pants fall down, and his underwear is seen. This is meant to be comical, and is very mild.
- The diver wears nothing but a speedo.
- Various women wear bathing suits throughout.
Violence & Gore

- This is probably one of the first games with a gory scene.
- If you don't land on target with the diver, he will fall flat on the ground, and he will fall through the floor. Mild.
- If you fail to catch a bomb during the juggling event, it will bounce off the ground and cause you to explode into a pile of ashes. This is meant to be comical.
- An acrobat can fall to the ground if you fail to go from rope to rope. The fall is meant to be like Wile E. Coyote, and is very mild.
- During knife-throwing, the woman will make noises and "Ooh!" and "Eee!" will appear when you accidentally hit her with knives. Mild.
- The goriest death is on the rope balancing stage, where a clown will appear and throw a disc at you. If you don't deflect this, it will slice you in half. This is pretty violent in higher quality versions.
- In the human cannonball game, the man can hit the wall, and slide down. Stars appear over his head when he reaches the bottom.
- Overall, the slicing is the only graphic death. However, all of these are meant to be funny.
