Prysmos is going through a huge change, the age of Science is over, an new age, one of magic begins. A wizard sets a challenge, with great rewards.
I was thinking of the shows I remember from my childhood, Dungeons and Dragons, He Man etc, and of course Visionaries, I'm surprised to see that it only ran for a single series.
The first part, it's pretty good, the animation is solid, as opposed to remarkable, but it's a good adventure story, and is old fashioned and simple in the way that it pits good against evil.
It's full of puns, the way all of these 80's animations were, and of course there are some wonderful voices.
As I work through the show, I'm hoping to learn why it didn't quite catch on, Part one however, I really liked, imaginative, and sets the scene well, 7/10.
