With little Tommy Laker still missing, Deakin and Boulton face a race against the clock to get information out of tbeir suspect.
Good television has the ability to keep you entertained, greet television has the power to make you feel, good or bad. This episode had me totally on edge, it was uncomfortable, gripping, and at times down right horrible, but for a show like The Bill to come up with something like this, that was impressive.
Chris Deakin has been a cracking character since arriving, at times he's not felt like a leader, here though, he does.
Douglas McFerran was terrific here, one of the most chilling, monstrous performances I've seen yet on the show.
9/10.
