  [Zenigata looks back and forth between the female officers, then thinks for a moment] 

  Inspector Kouichi Zenigata : [in Japanese]  Yeah, hundreds! A hundred times! I caught him a hundred times!

  [He thinks for a moment about how best to translate this into English] 

  Inspector Kouichi Zenigata : [in English]  Oh, yes! Hundred times caught!

  Blonde Officer : [in English]  So, you mean a hundred times caught and a hundred times escaped!
