Bad luck for Lewis, Good luck for Gina, Nikki unlikeable, and a chase in hospital!
MarkLynnIreland129426 April 2022
This is first episode directed by same director of other The Bill episodes: Deadly Cocktail, Cowboy Country and some from 26th/final series.

I don't fully understand or care about the storyline Sam Nixon and Jo dealing with starts with parole officer locked in the trunk of his car as his assailant claims he raped his incarnated wife the whole offering sex for parole at women's prison - I simply care or understand it even if I fully watched it. Welsh actress Emma Stansfield guest stars in this episode I remember her in two-part as Rebecca Reed - sister of Justin Reed some bloke injured in motorbike accident whilst on the run for burglary and murder he seemingly was framed for Max Carter and Stevie Moss were dealing with badly, and she was also hostage negotiator Olivia in EastEnders 2019 when Hunter Owen had the Queen Vic under siege.

As usual, this is another episode of married Roberta Taylor and Peter Guinness's as Inspector Gina Gold seeing her boyfriend - the married magistrate Peter Harris in some case of unlawful detainment. Gina and Peter misbehaving as Peter's married

As for Lewis, he's one who should take his head out of his backside (wouldn't say he's having a day of bad luck) as for some reason he turns up late for work, missing the bus as seen at start of the episode. Now, he's taking shine to nurse Tash (last seen her in Heaton's archenemy Ray Moore and no confirmation whether her brother Rudy survived) all because of his so-called grandmother moving to Jamaica. Just like as whiny detestable lothario Ian's mommy Kathy, Nikki Wright is another I really hate even acting a mother figure.

Best part of this episode where Lewis chasing the young African bloke (seems he's got an amputated arm) through the hospital (severely injured his leg in the process, spends rest of episode like limping Linford Christie) before catching him in some basement - bloke playing music on radio keen to know what's music called. Don't know whole thing over the British Citizenship test is a actually scam with the victim of mugging at start is involved.
