"Sleeper Cell" star Michael Ealy has been tapped to play a lead in ABC's drama pilot "Suspect" for director Guy Ritchie.
Additionally, Dina Waters is set to co-star in ABC's comedy pilot "Family of the Year", Chris Wiehl has joined NBC's "Lipstick Jungle", Brooke Nevin has been added to the CW's drama presentation "Gravity", Jessica Collins has come aboard CBS' drama presentation "The Man", and Rachel Nichols has been cast in Fox's drama pilot "Them".
On the pilot-pickup front, the CW has given thumbs up to the comedy "M.I.L.F. and Cookies".
"Suspect", from Sony Pictures TV and 25 C Prods, is a fast-paced procedural drama analyzing a lineup of suspects to determine whom the perpetrator is. Ealy will play a smart cop dedicated to his job and determined to solve the crime.
Ealy most recently starred as undercover cop Darwyn in the Showtime miniseries "Sleeper Cell", for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe.
"Family", from 20th Century Fox TV, revolves around 10-time family of the year winner, the Holloways.
