Watched this on Fluxus. Was better than a lot of horror films out there by far, would like to see the director shoot a feature to see if the quality's the same.
The video is quite dark, not sure if this was the intention but it adds to the atmosphere. The short reminds me of Asian horror with elements obviously influenced from the pang brothers, miike and aranofsky.
The rape scene is handled well without being graphic and the end scene is handled equally well too. Refreshing not to see the usual horror clichés in there, such as the blood splatter on the wall trick.
Overall a great effort and good direction on the more violent scenes.
