An interesting and entertaining episode here, but NCIS needs to stop doing the crisis on a boat premise across any of its franchises. It is so played out at this point.

Hetty being back is definitely a positive though.

Very different from other episodes, appears to be in directing

The directing of this episode seems so different from every other episode of the show. Also, noticed no director is listed on header of episode page, but checking precious episodes show director named on top of page. Action and continuity very different.

JAG not meshing with NCIS LA

Rabb character lacked the spark and didn't fit well into this era. He wasn't lawyering, investigating, nor in the action. He was a backstory. One that should have been left as a mystery.
