The Chaos Killer contacts author Hal Warren (Chuck Chapman ) and forces him to write about him or else his wife and father will die. The Killer contact Hal with a burned phone.
This is one of those movies that should have never went to distribution. First off, the killer did most of his killing by day. We see victims but not the actual killing due to the low budget and the blood looked like house paint. Everything about the film was bad. They do have an AM radio playing in the car that is as clear as FM, static free. Does not past the smell test. Ugly people. Horrible dialogue.
