Many details and consequences in this episode weren't mentioned , some of the details don't make sense , how could 5 people get out of the place surrounded by many apollon people and why did martin comeback to it knowing that it may be already invaded by them. and how did they even leave jean and lea in apollon knowing they would vulnerable against the invaders.

So at the start of this one Rasmus and Sarah are wandering off. Do they even have an idea of where they are going? I have no idea.
Martin tells Simone that he's coming along with her to look for Rasmus.
Lea and Jean lament their status still in the complex.
Patrick finds more goodies, memory cards in the area behind the blast door.
Martin, Simone and Kira come across some sort of living virus on a tree in the woods. Is that something Rasmus left in his wake???
Apollon forces report in that Rasmus has not been delivered, and are instructed to enter the complex and get him, and kill everyone else.
Sarah tells Rasmus he's handsome as some armed guys come wandering out.
Okay so Martin makes a deal to find Rasmus with an Apollon dude. Simone and Kira are tied up and left behind.
Simone and Kira escape and catch up with Martin. Martin takes shotgun from dude and blows him away. Okay for one thing It's great that Martin saved Simone and Kira, but he also broke his word to that dude which i don't like. Plus Martin is guilty of yet another outright murder of a dude that could have done the same to him but didn't

Thomas and Apollon troops invade the bunker but Patrick , Lea and Jean evade them and subject them to the sonic attack behind the blast door.
Apollon girl ambushes Simone's group and Rasmus displays his ability to somewhat control the virus in chasing her off.
At the end of the episode, Patrick shows Martin a video he found, and that he thinks they can remove the nanites so they can escape the zone. Martin says they are getting out of there just him and Patrick.
+1 Star for the end.
