His enthusiasm and pure joy for what he does was a must to give this show a try! Definitely liked him in Myth Busters and this show is a more advanced version, in my opinion. Definitely a winner!

Adam presents science in a way that is technically correct yet easy to understand. If a viewer looks away for a few seconds you will miss something cool or funny. I hope people don't try to replicate the stuff he does for You Tube fame.

Not a bad show, has some interesting things that are built. It's basically Mythbusters without Jamie and the rest of the crew. Adam uses the same bomb range, same testing techniques for the inventions made as used in Mythbusters etc. If you liked Mythbusters this is pretty much up your alley. Not a big fan of just Adam by himself but he does have some cool things he can make.

I just had to comment on the latest episode, where he made the sword out of a meteorite. When he explained about the carbon atoms and the iron atoms, and that you have to heat the sword up to get them to mix, and then quickly quench it to lock that structure in for strength, I just about lost it. I have a bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering, and he made something quite complicated very easy for anyone to understand. This is core materials science, and it was AWESOME. :-)

After the first two episodes, the only word I can come up with is "disappointing". Adam's enthusiasm and wit are on full display, but the builds themselves are simply half-baked and phoned in. The Iron Man suit was nothing more than a costume rendered at (presumably ) massive expense in Titanium. Yes, Titanium is bulletproof. This is not a stunning revelation. And they didn't even bother to paint it to make the presentation a bit more appealing. The whole attempt came off as pointlessly rushed
The Panjandrum was even more of a let down. First, they spent half the episode replicating what was already known to be unworkable: multiple rockets. Then once they shifted the design to something that showed promise, they simply phoned it in. Made one attempt, discovered a simple flaw, and gave up. No attempt to refine it, no attempt to improve it. Just pretend to blow it up, and call it a day.
Near as I can guess, the budget is so severely lacking that they really should have let it go. Either do it right, or don't do it.
Can we have some more Mythbusters Jr. Eps? Those were awesome.

I think the biggest flaw is that it's a full episode for a single topic. Some projects were better than other, hence some episodes were better than others.
So I won't be able to give a 10/10, but props to Adam and I hope he continues the show once things are back to normal. Awesome feeling to relive a bit of the MythBusters glory days to some degree!
