Emma finally sits down with DI McKinvern, she shares some of her feelings, he tries to warn her about her amateur sleuthing, after a night out Emma meets property developer Stuart.
I thought this was a better episode than the first, the plot is a little more cohesive here, and some of those random threads are making a little more sense.
Stuart is definitely an interesting character, you have to love a bit of Martin Compston, he's definitely added a bit of depth here. His appearance is now understood, he's perhaps linked to that random fire in the first episode. Always good to see him away from Line of Duty.
What on Earth is Professor Gordon hiding? She definitely has some sort of secret hidden.
I enjoyed this, it was good. 7/10.
