- This movie contains a lot of nudity and sexual jokes.
- Ed says to Mark to take his pants off and Mark says that he thinks he got bit in the dick by a zombie.
- As in a Date With Markiplier, the movie contains a lot of fored mention of love flirts though with this being longer and more big in terms of its scenario and choice possibilty, the movie can contain many moments of Mark flirting with the player.
- Lots of male nudity.
- No sex scenes but they're slightly implied.
- Warfstache's boss contains a lot of shown tits and includes Warfstache being shown only in his underwear and showing a lot of his legs.
Violence & Gore

- Mark is seen in a state of disgust in one scene implying vomit.
- Most of the violence is not too bad but it is extremely frequent and intense at every corner.

- The movie is extremely scary in many scenarios.
- Much of the movie is depressing in some strange way.
- The Happy Trails Penitentiary boss destroys a plush very agressively.
- A camp explodes.
- Suggested Rating: PG-13 for action violence and some disturbing scenes.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- A laboratory discusses and shows a lot of chemical stuff and even what look like to be pills. This is hinted as a cure for a zombie apocalypse, though it is actually unhelpful.
- A sandwich is a cure for your zombie transformation, this is considered as a good drug.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One of the endings shows you having to escape from prison and having to avoid dying from many traps and doing every single trick to escape the cell all blindfolded. Could be intense for some.
- During an Indiana Jones spoof of an ending you can get chased by a boulder and the girl runs in a very panicked way. This is very intense.
