To those who think the kids in this show are too mature, annoying, and/or over-the-top, this episode's for you. Here, the parents' individual personalities and combined chemistry are highlighted, and I like it. I might've enjoyed it more if they developed the Angie-Will relationship a bit more (especially after that Season 1 finale!) The ending of this episode, like that of the pilot, was a bit much though. Are the kids *that* independent?

Warning: Spoilers
Having the kids not in the episode at all until the very end was certainly a curious decision. It led to a lack of comedy here as the parents are at their best when they play off the responses of their children.
As a whole a disappointing season premiere.
