She is the worst character of the entire show by far. Positively unappealing woman. In this ep they have her playing extremely nasty tricks on Mayor candidate Mr. Douglas while she publicly supports Lisa who also runs for mayor. One sole bright moment in the whole ep is at the end when Oliver convinces Lisa that a campaign is not all about trickery!
Mr. Kimball is very bad too in this ep as his character is way too uncharacteristically sensible. He does not have mentally misplaced bits in a couple of scenes unlike as he usually does.
