- A man puts a gun in his mouth and pulls the trigger. Little blood is seen.
- A girl is seen dead, with scissors stuck in her neck. Blood surrounds her wound.
- A man is found dead after he hangs himself.
- A girl steps out of a shower and looks at herself in the mirror. When walking away, her reflection stares at her. After getting dressed and walking throughout the house, she sees her doppelganger crying, who then looks up at her, and makes a scary face with bleeding black eyes. Terrified, the girl runs out of the house, and throughout the property as her ghostly body double follows her. she then runs outside and sees her reflection in a door with a window. The reflection breaks through the glass, grabs her wrists, and slices them upon the shattered frame. Blood is seen running down the front of the door.
- A girl crashes her car into a tree and gas begins to leak. After failing to get out of the car, the vehicle explodes into flames and she is killed.
- A woman drinks a toxic cleaning substance. She begins to gag, falls to the floor, and dies while blood streams from her mouth.
- A woman (who is Atheist) is tied up and burned.
- A man is killed when he is shot in the chest.
- Aiden kills himself (but he is actually shot by someone else)
- Lindsey's evil version gives her a rope and she ties it around her neck.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A girl steps out of a shower and looks at herself in the mirror. When walking away, her reflection stares at her. - A girl is driving her car when she sees her doppelganger standing in the middle of the road. Frightened, she reverses the car only to see her mirror image standing behind the vehicle, burst in flames, blocking her path. She once again puts the car into drive only to find that the body double is now sitting in the back seat, eyes bleeding red.
- A woman falls asleep on the couch and the TV is left on. For a quick second, the TV goes static and the woman's face flashes on the screen, her eyes a powder white. The woman wakes up and begins to hear sounds. She scrambles about the house, scared of what is happening. She runs upstairs and into the bathroom where she grabs a bottle of what APPEARS to be liquor in the reflection of a mirror, but is actually a toxic cleaning liquid. After taking a gulp, she begins to choke and falls to the floor, blood coming out of her mouth. In her last moments, her doppelganger appears in front of her and begins to stare, her face a pale white with blue veins throughout.

- The main character sees her doppelganger in various places. Some scenes show a close-up of the evil face. There is a particular frightening scene near the end, where the main character encounters her evil twin on a dock.
