Actor Anshuman Jha will be working with filmmaker Harish Vyas for the third time in the film tentatively titled, "Hari-Om". The two have collaborated on projects such as "Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele" and "Angrezi Mein Kehte Hain".
"This will be my third film with Harish sir, and I am sure that this one will be just as memorable. I have faith in Harish Sir and he trusts me. I am excited by his stories and whatever he writes and directs is distinct and suitable for me as an actor. I am very familiar with what he thinks whereas even he is aware of my potential and hence our frequencies match. It is not the actor that makes the choice, it's the choice that makes the actor and I am grateful that Harish sir's scripts are choosing me," he says.

"I know I am a little late but thank you everyone for all your love and wishes that you sent for my birthday and Eid. I am sorry about not being able to personally reply to everyone's wish. Currently she is hospitalised again and I would request you all to keep her in your prayers for her speedy recovery."

Zareen Khan recalls being rejected from a film for looking the way she does. The Bollywood actress says she was bluntly told about the industry perception that pretty girls cannot act.
"It's not just me who has been typecast. I feel every person in this industry gets typecast. When I came out with 'Veer' I was typecast as pretty girl, a girl next door -- just comparisons and everything. So, I did not get enough chances. (Actually) Did not get a chance at all after that. (I was called) Fat, and this and that," revealed Zareen Khan.
She says her dance number "Character dheela" in the Salman Khan-starrer "Ready" somewhat helped in changing perceptions. "People were like, 'she can look like that also. She has lost weight, nice'. Then came 'Hate Story' and people said she is so hot," she recalled.

Actor Anshuman Jha, who plays a gay man in the Ott-released film "Hum Bhi Akele Tum Bhi Akele", claims he was warned by a certain Bollywood bigwig that he should stay away from such a role and subject, especially in the non-comic genre.
"I was told by a big producer that it's suicide to play a gay man in a non-comic film in India. As a production I was told I am hammering my foot to back this concept when I have the option of picking any other genre," he says.
"We need to break these set templates and stereotypes and back stories we believe in. I said this story to simply normalise, humanise the LGBTQ+ community in mainstream Bollywood. I feel a sense of redemption for having chosen love and friendship as the core tenets of the narrative. I am grateful to (writer-director) Harish (Vyas) sir and the audiences for trusting me,...
