Warning: Spoilers
It is quite true what they say: revenge is not something that you should be seeking; it's justice. Somehow, Camila Dela Torre viewed justice as revenge. It led to so many people's lives being killed and injured that it left such a bad permanent mark on their town of Las Espadas. I mean, yes, in the end, she did receive the answers that she sought, but in the most hurtful of ways. It's just crazy how it all began with two people loving each other and not wanting more than to be with each other for the rest of their lives peacefully. But the curse of Las Espadas just ruined everything as a Dela Torre is forbidden to fall in love with a Dela Cuesta; otherwise, they'd unleash the curse of Las Espadas. They're the true, unfortunate definition of "Forbidden love". But I genuinely did adore how much they loved each other. Especially in Vito's case, it's so rare to find a man who'd love you so much despite your death that occurred decades ago. He's always been devoted to her. If only she knew his sacrifices, perhaps they would've still been together. So many things could've changed as well if only her phone wasn't with her during the day of her wedding. And you know who the real source of all these endless miseries here is? It's Jacobo Dela Torre. If only his favoritism didn't exist, as well as his unimaginable, god-tier high expectations towards his children, all of this wouldn't have happened. Everyone would've been peaceful. I mean, yes, there'd still be an ongoing feud between the Dela Torres and Dela Cuestas, but it would be more minimal if only Jacobo knew how to be a good father and if only Guada Dela Torre didn't tolerate her husband's immoral actions. But Guada did regret everything in the end and repented for her sins. Did Jacobo? No. He made everything worse up to his death. It's just absolutely ridiculous. As for Emma, damn, she's a Dela Torre and a Dela Cuesta. Damn. Such a lucky girl. Because she has so many good qualities inherited from such amazing, blessed parents. But truly, this show was a true face of realism. It's quite crazy to comprehend sometimes. And damn. Emma's a badass. She's up for revenge for everyone's death, especially Fabio's and Camila's, and I'm also up for it.
