Messy plotted movie is of interest purely for the erotic images since the pretensions of the minimal plot never work-its just not that clever

Warning: Spoilers
This is a messy mind trip of a film about an actress being interviewed on the set of her new film. As she speaks the film world mixes with her life and mixes with her fantasies into a dark brutal look at love life and sex (especially sex).

Good looking film that makes everything look fetishistic. Sequences are quite steamy and they are often violent and more than tinged with S&M action. The problem is that the plot is wafer thin. It often annoys more than it enlightens with its odd attempts at raising the question of what is "real" never getting off the ground far enough to fall flat. (Probably I should just say Plot? what plot?)Then again I'm sure plot isn't the point with the sex taking center and every other stage. While I could enjoy the images on an artistic level, I was left wondering why they bothered being softcore since the film was so close to an adult film that they should have just removed any pretension and just went for what they really seemed to be aiming for.

Ten minutes in I was bored and by twenty minutes I began to do other things before reaching for the remote and scanning to the end, which left me dumb founded and saying "You've got to be kidding me". Recommended only if you want to see the violent sexy images, all others need not apply.
