I saw this at a film festival where it was nominated for People's Choice and walked away with the Jaguar D'or for best overall short film and boy did it deserve it. I can't remember the last time I saw a short film where I couldn't criticise a single element. Each moment and second was flawlessly constructed, from the directing, the cinematography, the acting, the writing, the production design and music .... I could go on. I would quite happily take every frame of this film and hang it on my wall. It's beautiful to look at, but so much more goes on under the surface. Smart, funny, horrific, tragic, it's a real masterclass in filmmaking and they should be showing this not only in film schools, but to audiences who have never seen the incredible depth of talent out there when it comes to the short form. Bravo.
