Such a last episode!

Holy crap, I'm wowed by this episode. It pays such a strong nod to the entire show. I'm shocked at how hard they went with the cameos.

The story and stakes were so well done too. The "is Jane dead or not" ending is pretty darn controversial but I give the show credit for going big at the end. A crazy amount of thought and effort went into this finale and I tip my hat to everyone involved.

That is what we call a series finale. AMAZING

Great conclusion to an amazing series. This finale felt like it tied "Blindspot" together. Blindspot is about Janes past as Remi and persepective after she comes out of the bag as a clean slate. Finishing in timesquare was a great showdown.

I was worried too much was going to be about Ivy, she has a plan of zip that fits in with the story but she herself is not a "big bad". Good thing she didn't dominat the series finale. I still would have liked a continuation to her story maybe one last interrogation or more insight into why she wanted to zip people...The zapata tackle was good too, could have been extended though.

Loved Jane's fight sequence wowowowwwww! Heidi (janes double did amazing - one take too!).

Also liked the explanation to 510 - what happened with Jane/Ivy and why the bombs were let off in the room.

I loved how this episode concluded the show in a great way (from the NYPD officer to Hank Crawford this episode had them all) even Dad Dotcom and Martin Gero himself.

The ending I viewed it differently to others, in my opinion Jane didn't die, that would not make sense they showed like 3 scenes afterwards that would not make sense. I viewed it as what could have happened...

Great episode - this show will be missed....:) :(

Ennui... not!

I loved it. The fight in the cathedral? Majestic. The hallucinations of possible outcomes, including the Zapata/Patterson wedding? Beautiful and, I felt it was a wink to the fans who would have liked the two of them in a romantic relationship. All the cameos? Amazing. So, I loved every second, great finale. I don't think I've ever rated anything 10, but this warrants it. As for the ending, I interpreted it as Jane imagining what could have happened if she had died at Times Square. But she is alive and everyone around the table has their happy ending.

Great ending to a fantastic series

I'm definitely going to miss this show. So many highs and lows, wins and losses. The final episode is eloquent in its delivery and sums up the entire series. Thanks for the stories.

It's hard to make everyone happy when you end a show but they sure did try. But I can also see how it's the kind of thing some people are going to hate.

Strong final episode

Anyone else get the impression they spent nearly all of their budget on the last two episodes? To be honest, I'm not complaining. Great story, a terrific one-shot fight scene, and a fantastic twist at the end. This is how you do a season finale.

A classy end to a great and innovative show

I'm going to miss this show... It has all the elements that makes it an entertaining show... Like the ending that doesn't completely close the chapter... A resurrection possiblity perhaps...

Creators' ego trip
jade-ov-arcc-159-5546363 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
WHY? Why would you even want to suggest that a character viewers have been rooting for - for 5 seasons - just up and dies in the last episode, or have an ambiguous ending like this? So people will continue to talk and argue about your series. A creators' publicity stunt, plain and simple. A waste.

Mediocre at best with a garbage ending.

I didn't slog through the sub-par mess that were seasons 4&5 for a "it's up to your interpretation" ending to the series.

5 seasons to end up with no real conclusion
lockout-5950612 March 2022
Seems to be a trend these days. TV series gets you sucked in and leaves you with nothing in the end. I have watched many tv series more than once but this is one I will not.

I would rate this worse than the GoT ending. At least there was a clear conclusion, if it was liked or not is a different story

I almost quit watching this series in season 4 when it looked like the writers where having a hard time picking up after season 3. By the time I was watching this the series had ended, so I looked through the reviews for the remainder of season 4 and then saw season 5 ended with high ratings so I decided to continue and boy do I regret that decision

As stated it feels like this is kind of a trend now a days as most shows end with some controversial / unclear ending. Probably just stick to more movies from now on. At least most are less than 2 hours so if they are bad or make some dumb ending you didnt waste an large amount of time you can never get back.

Goodbye, Blindspot
This was the 100th - and final- episode of Blindspot. The true reflection of the show's decline is that, to date, three days after the airing of this final show, there are only half a dozen reviews here. In the "old days," especially the first several seasons when the show was good, there would be dozens of reviews and comments on each episode. There is a reason for that dramatic fall in interest for the show - it was no longer very good.

That said, this final episode was somewhat better than the previous shows of the final run, admittedly a low barrier to surpass. It was an interesting choice to bring back most of the show's distinctive characters from the entire run, mostly dead now, so they were either ghosts or hallucinations. Unfortunately, it did mostly serve to point out "Oh yeah. I remember him/her. That was a good character." For me the downward turning point in the show was allowing the Sandstorm conspiracy to linger much too long. It seemed as if the writers just delighted in jerking the loyal audience members around with that story line and its twists. Instead, it moved into a "who cares" mode for most. By this 100th episode I thought both Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton looked tired and worn. Perhaps they wanted out, too???

It's very hard to write well for a show such as this for five years and make it fresh and entertaining. It was a good concept. Ultimately, it just got worn out. It probably should have ended at least one season earlier, perhaps two. Alas!

Beoyond ridiculous.
BillClinton481 August 2021
Just when you thought this show couldn't get any worse, it does.

Seasons 1&2 are excellent.

Season 3 was ok-ish

season 4 should have ended halfway through and season 5 should NEVER have been made.

4 and 5 are so far out of sync with reality it is just ludicrous.

Sullivan Stapleton is just about the worst actor i have seen in years. He doesn't seem to be able to say more than 3 words before needing to take a pause to remember what comes next.

I struggled through season 4 and 5 on netflix but i am sure glad my suffering is over now.

A rushed disappointment
danielberma24 July 2020
This last episode was better than the one before (literally anything is better than that one though) but felt rushed. They could have removed half of the last episode and built up this episode much better. Strike Back did a similar thing but with a much better performance. Now it felt more like as if the directors made two different endings, couldn't decide which one to go for so they gave us both. The main antagonist, Ivy, had a massive three second screen time, just to give an idea.

Season 5 started out so well and I would give the first eight episodes a high rating but the last few episodes are not really worth watching and are the worst episodes this show has ever presented.

Are you kidding me ..... the production company could have made a party for all dead actors and doesn't bother producing this episode No line No camera movement

She could have died in the 10th episode and thats it .... if you didn't watch... don't

Half good

Warning: Spoilers
I would give it a 10 but only second-rate Remi/junky Jane kicked the bucket. The episode would have rated a 10 if worthless Weller would have gone with her. At least Patterson and Rich, the best characters, survived.
