The "South African" telephone numbers shown on the call log report are all two digits shorter than they should be.
The train that nearly hits Mary's car was CSX, which only runs in the eastern U.S..
At the end of the episode, when Mary's car dies on the railroad track, and she pushes it out of the way, she then sees an airplane fly over her, low to the ground, as if it had just taken off from the airport.
In downtown Albuquerque, the only railroad tracks that run parallel to Interstate 40 (seen in the background) are just north of downtown, meaning Mary is facing south when she sees the plane fly over her from north to south. The airport is actually south of town, so any plane taking off would have flown from south to north. In addition, no jetliner would fly that low over that part of town after takeoff for safety reasons.
