This Episode begins with Teddy and Owen, they are heading to work. Maggie meets Sabi at the hospital, she is Richard and Maggie their niece. Amelia tells Owen that she is pregnant. Sabi has a bilateral myxoma, it is a tumor in the inside of her heart. Maggie performs Sabi her surgery. Sabi has past away after surgery. Maggie tells Chris, Richard and Catherine that Sabi has past away. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 16, an entire Episode at the Pac-North Hospital. And what an emotional one. Maggie couldn't save Sabi her life. I liked this Episode. The level of Episodes this Season is an 8,0 so far. It is good but i hope there will be better Episodes!

Warning: Spoilers
I love this show, but this episode is terrible. Maggie is not that surgeon that they showed in this episode. Richard barely standing up for himself. The stupidity of Maggie operating on her cousin.
Most of all, I am sick of seeing Owen act like he is the judge, jury, and executioner when it comes to women exercising their reproductive rights. This isn't the first time he's been so impacted by his personal life that he's bullied a patient (Suicide is Painless), nor is it the first time he's berated a woman who is choosing termination (Cristina). This episode makes me hate the character when I was starting to tolerate him. Terrible storyline. No legit medical professional would overstep like this, and if they did, they'd for sure lose their licence.
God awful episode with only a few moments that made it ok... mostly around Amelia's compassion with Owen's patient.

Height of arrogance.

Warning: Spoilers
Yet another episode where a character's arrogance of being a professional is on it's peak with dreadful consequences. Such a shame. Show runners are arrogant for keeping the series alive and perhaps even incompetent to come up with something worthwhile.
