Neil Ross: F.L.U.F.F.I.

Quotes

  • Prof. Amadeus Sharp : Ah, you'll be amazed.

    Ronnie : Wanna bet?

  • I.Q. : Hey, Ronnie, what's wrong?

Ronnie : Aw, nothin'. I'm gonna spend the rest o'my life in this chair, that's all.

I.Q. : Well, I'm sorry about that. But it is a great chair.

Ronnie : Yeah. A hot rod for handicaps.

I.Q. : Hold it, Ronnie. There's lots of kids in this school who have worse problems than you.

Ronnie : Yeah, right. I've just got a *little* handicap.

I.Q. : You know somethin'? You remind me of how I used to be. I thought I had the world's biggest problems. I mean, there I was - a black kid, an orphan, and too mart for most of my teachers. I was mad at the world. Just like you.

Ronnie : Yeah, but you've got bionics. And I've got these.

    [touches one of his legs]

  • Ronnie : But - y-you promised you wouldn't hurt 'im.

Glove : We're not going to hurt him... Yet.

    [laughs with Madame O]

  • I.Q. : Ronnie. I'm getting out of here. I-I want you to come with me.

Ronnie : No way. Glove and Madame O are my friends. They gave me all this stuff, and - that's more than you ever did.

I.Q. : Look, I don't have time to explain. Come on.

    Ronnie : No!

[uses the glove's laser to blast the panel on the wall; an alarm goes off]

I.Q. : I'm not giving up, Ronnie. I'll come back for you.

    [runs]

    Ronnie : Wait! I-I didn't mean...

  • Ronnie : You promised you wouldn't hurt 'em.

    Glove , Madame-O : We lied.

  • Glove : [preparing attack]  Now it's time to take care of *you*!

Ronnie : [turning and hitting him with his wheelchair before backing into Madame-O]  Thanks - I can take care of myself!

  • Madame-O : [of the homing device]  Give me that!

Ronnie : [tossing it over]  Sure, I don't need it - *now*.

  • Ronnie : [to Madame-O]  Eat my dust, dragon lady!

  • Ronnie : [using one of its gadgets so Glove, gripping its back, is shocked]  Hey, this chair's turbo.

    Glove : You little monster.

  • [last lines]

Ronnie : Ya know, I've decided I'm gonna be an inventor like Professor Sharp when I grow up. Maybe I can help other kids like me.

I.Q. : That's great, Ronnie. But it may not be easy.

Ronnie : [chuckling]  Yeah? Well, that's OK. I've just got a *little* handicap.
