- There are many woman throughout the game in towns that wears bikini outfits whether they're dancing or standing guard of the castle. Also Rosa wears a bikini outfit which reveals their stomachs and upper leg thighs.

- The characters can be seen fighting monsters in the turn based battles with swords, axes, spears, whips, bow and arrows, boomerangs, claws, and magic spells which can damage enemies HPs until they get killed. Likewise the party can get hurt and lose HPs and even fall in battle if they lose all their HPs. The enemies hit much harder than in past Original Final Fantasy 4 games for SNES, PS1, Gameboy advance.

- The Final Fantasy 4 3D remake for DS, iOS, Android, PC is much harder than the SNES, PS1, and Gameboy Advance. Meaning enemies hit player harder and they can easily lose all HPs in the game which can be very frustrating for players so you'll have to level grind alot if you want the game to be easier to play.
