- A girl is briefly seen in her underwear. Then there is a brief glimpse of the side of her butt when she is taking a shower, but there is no explicit nudity.
Violence & Gore

- The victims of the first film are found and examined, they are covered in blood and have large bloody gashes.
- A man has his throat slashed by the killer with a sharp instrument, blood spurts from his neck and pours down his body. He falls to the floor and dies as blood forms a pool around his body.
- A woman is hit in the head with a fire extinguisher, she wakes up with blood running down her head and face only to be killed by the killer moments later. Blood splatters on the walls. This woman is found later on covered in blood as well as the floor and walls around her.
- A man is chased by the killer into a stairwell where the killer grabs his head after he trips and bends it back until it snaps.
- A woman enters a hospital hallway and walks down the corridor to see a bloody hand hitting a window over and over. She looks into the window but nothing is there. When she turns around the killer runs up from behind and stabs her to death however no blood is shown and it is actually a dream.
- A man is dragged into a room screaming and is killed but it happens offscreen. Another man soon after discovers his bloody head.
- A man is stabbed in the stomach with a pickaxe and thrown into a room where another man discovers his bloody body.
- A man is attacked offscreen. His severed arm is later revealed covered in blood and he is seen still alive.
- A man is stabbed in the temple by the killer. Blood runs down the side of his head and the killer removes the pickaxe from his head to show a large blood hole in the man's head.
- The killer is shot in the hand, two of his fingers are blown off, the bloody stumps are visible and blood splatters onto a woman's face.
- A woman is kicked and thrown around in a room. In one of those moments a piece of wood is shown to have stabbed her in her lower torso. She pulls it out, and the piece of wood is seen covered in blood.
Profanity

- There is some strong profanity in this film. The equivalent to the F word (the original language is from Norway) is used a few times, as well as the s*** and b****, and other mild bad language.

- This movie might be scary to some viewers, especially children. The whole movie takes place in an eerie atmosphere. Also there is some strong violence throughout (the murders), as well as jump scenes in which the killer unexpectly appears, so this adds to the movie being scary and thus it might upset some viewers.

- Towards the end a woman throws a pickaxe towards the killer and it hits him and it goes through his torso and some of his blood splatters on another woman, and then he falls. After a puddle of blood is shown to be accumulating around the killer's body. The same woman then shoots the killer at point-blank range with a pump-action shotgun
