During and after Kevin is on stage, the cut on his forehead moves around and even changes shape.
When Carl Torini wants to release Mr. Monk out of the Zig Zag Cabinet, he pulls out only the upper steel blade, but in the shot, both blades are pulled out of the cabinet.
When Torini is putting back newspaper scraps into an intact newspaper, he says it looks like it will rain. Natalie's hands are on her legs, but during one angle change, her hands are on her hips instead.
When Monk tries to leave after the "breeding rabbits" bit, Natalie grabs him by the wrist, but her hand is suddenly at his elbow in the next shot.
When Monk and Natalie are talking with Torini in his apartment, Torini tears up some paper and reassembles it into a newspaper. Right after that, there is a shot from behind where blood is on his thumb, most likely from an unintended paper cut. When the shot returns to the front there is some blood on the paper. Then, a moment later, when seen from both the back and the front, the blood is gone.
When Kevin Dorfman was asking the girl if her card was the Jack of Clubs, he holds up a card to her. When they zoom in on the card, the card that he is holding changes back to the Six of Hearts.
He never holds up the Jack of Clubs. He always had the Six of Hearts in his hand. He was just guessing the Jack of Clubs. The point being made here is that he is an incompetent magician and was screwing up the trick.

When Torini is on speakerphone, she tells the people at the Castle that Tanya has accepted his proposal. There are 8 people who hear this, including Kevin, the substitute magician, who is listening in at the backstage phone. Later, when Stottlemeyer tells Monk that 10 people heard Torini talking on the phone, there were actually only 7 people who heard the phone call that are still alive (there had been eight, but Kevin is dead).
Monk tells Kevin he was buried alive once. He has been buried at least twice: Mr. Monk vs. the Cobra (2005) and Mr. Monk and the Buried Treasure (2007)
