Amazon has entered the gaming side of video games late in the game and it shows. Coming from someone who has been playing video games for along time, this has been the worst gaming experience. Never have I seen so many bugs in a game, and a company that truly doesn't care. It has been 12 days since I have complained, and NOTHING has been done. I had no choice but to stop playing BUG WORLD and now I will share this experience with everyone.

PVP,PVE TOOO IMBALANCE BECAUSE:

Of a developer called David Verfaillie.
I'm not saying this to insult or humiliate him, he really can't do this job.
I would like to give you an example: he buffed some builds many times under the name of Nerf. :D isn't it funny :D because this guy doesn't know his own game, he doesn't really test every build.
This developer made New World lose tens of thousands of players. Because he makes balance updates that are so terrible that they mess up the whole setup.
His so called "balance" updates completely kill a build.
This game has been in broken range meta for 15 months First it was Musket and BoW, now it's FireStaff and BoW.
I say Broken because these Builds doing 3-4 hits and kill on everything, tons of evasion abilities, etc. And yet according to David this is normal.
The only thing David is doing is applying heavy nerfs to Melee Builds every update and this is ruining the balance in the game.
The only reason I give New World 1 star is because of David Verfaillie.
My biggest suggestion to AGS: you need to keep this guy away from PVP, PVE. Give him a different task or fire him.
All other problems can be solved deysnc,Bugs,FPS etc
but the solution for someone who is not doing their job well is to change or fire them.

Hello, my words may hurt a little, but the truth always hurts.
I have been playing the game for 8 months now and this game has by far the biggest potential I have ever seen among MMORPG games. BUT a game with the worst PVP balance I have ever seen.
I really don't understand how they managed to achieve this. The developers must have the will to damage this game to achieve this.
I'm an 8 month old player and I play 60% Pvp and 40% Pve. Without any exaggeration Pvp is extremely terrible because Range weapons are extremely powerful and the devs still apply intense buffs to range weapons instead of nerfing them.
Fire Staff weapon, Bow weapon are incredibly powerful, we can even call it the ultimate OP.
Damage, defense, mobility are incredibly high, there is no balance. In fact, this game has lost a lot of players because of this imbalance. The number of players lost is over 30k. This is a very serious number. And no action is taken even though other players are complaining about this situation.
In fact, I want to tell you something very funny. 1 month later New World will switch to season 3 and they are changing almost everything. And guess what is not changing and even being strengthened? ......... Yes, yes, yes, that's right. Of course Range weapons. LoL. And this time range weapons are 2 times stronger 😄 😄 I tried PTR (public test realm) and it's really bad all melee weapons were already weak and now they are even worse.
Before the update the job of melee weapons was to chase Range weapons that they could never catch. Even if they caught them they couldn't kill them because they had very low damage.
In season 3 melee weapons have no mission because they will be useless because they can't do any damage. This is really tragicomic.
I don't think I will play season 3 unless there is a serious change in Pvp before season 3 arrives. I definitely won't play it, it's just a waste of time and money.
My suggestion to AGS is this: whichever developer is setting up Pvp (a guy named David, judging by people's reactions). I suggest you really get rid of this person. If this person is the person who sets up Pvp. If it is a team, definitely change that team immediately. Because they are really bad or they have really bad intentions..

The game is mismanaged.
It had a rough start, lost almost the entirety of its player base within a couple of months, made a semi-comeback, just to repeat all the mistakes from the launch.
I am an avid PvP'er, DAoC, EVE and GW2 being my standard.
Open world PvP in New World does not exist, nobody flags up, as there is little incentive to do so.
PvE rewards trump PvP rewards by far.
Large parts of the game like the faction vendor shop have been abandoned.
Arena consists of one very small map.
Exploits, duping, aim botting and botting are rampant. Nothing gets really fixed for good, just temporarily to be broken again.
AGS claims that their game is server authorative, but the server side checks either do not exist or are ultra buggy.
There is no balance, each new weapon is broken for months.
Client performance is abysmal, desynchs, frame loss from continuous weapon swapping. No real full screen mode.
Crafting is a casino gamble.
If you like to run the same dungeon over and over again, with no purpose, then this is the game for you.
Other than that, stay away.
