Binghamton refers to Melba at one time as "Hush..Hush, Sweet Melba". At the time of the show (1965) the movie 'Hush...Hush, Sweet Charlotte' was the big hit in theaters.
Because Universal produced the series, the studio's highly guarded classic monsters: Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wolfman & the Mummy in Universal's familiar trademark make-up was allowed to be used in this episode.
