While our review of "Night Terrors" won't be up until tomorrow morning, TVOvermind is here to keep you up to date on your Doctor Who news. Here's the promo for next week's episode, "The Girl Who Waited." As you might be able to tell, the episode is Amy-centric, featuring the companion as she is trapped "in a faster time stream." The trailer reveals some key plot points: Amy ages quickly (we get to see her in her forties or fifties, it appears), that there's a duplicate Amy that Rory has to choose from (not the Flesh this time -- it seems like a hologram). There's also some pretty badass swordfighting skills from Amy (and some painting-fighting from Rory).

Billie Piper has suggested that her vocal delivery as Rose Tyler during Doctor Who's fourth season may have been hampered by the cold weather. Piper's return in the episode 'Turn Left' provoked criticism over the actress's apparent inability to reprise Rose's distinctive 'chavette' dialect.
