I'm not sure why series ten has 28 episodes instead of the standard 26, but I guess that because it was the tenth overall, they wanted to do something special with it. If there were two episodes I could outright get rid of, this is one of them, (the other would be Thomas' Frosty Friend), I mean, I have so many questions, in fact, here's all the problems I have with it, Who the Heck is Mr Wind, Why are Thomas and Spencer's Faces so ugly, why is Thomas a brain dead idiot, why didn't Sir Topham Hatt just buy a new top Hatt, why can't he go to the party without his hat, how could the wind here anything, how can still puff Steam with the hat on his funnel
Overall this is a questionable episode and I will new watch it again in my life
