Intro: Beginning this week, we bring you another weekly column that dwells on the intricacies of Bollywood and the people who make it. Sometimes funny, sometimes informative, always downright forthright!
Hashmi's Adhuri filming!
This is epic. Not jumping on to Balan's lips must have been a frustrating time for Emraan Hashmi in Hak. It's his haq, you see, of smooching every heroine he is paired up with. In a few films he has also flaunted this 'license' he has been supposedly given by over-enthusiastic directors and ever-willing heroines with some cheesy lines. Every time in Hak, he has gotten dangerously close to Vidya Balan's lips, and then like a good boy, gone for a traditional hug.
Surely, he must be feeling that this was adhuri shooting.
Balan is big when it comes to lip-locks
Speaking of Vidya Balan, she is not averse to kissing, or is in anyway a bad kisser.

Once again the time has come to see who are the 5 ladies who made some serious waves in the industry in the year 2011.
5. Preeti Desai – Shor In The City
At number 5 we have the very gorgeous Miss Great Britain 2006, Miss Preeti Desai. After a successful career in modelling, Preeti debuted with Shor In The City opposite Senthil Ramamurthy. Despite being a film that was heavily centred around its male leads, Preeti managed to steal the attention of audiences and hence arrives at our #5 spot. One does hope 2012 brings in more news about Preeti’s films than her relationships as it would be a shame to see such talent go by unnoticed.
4. Parineeti Chopra – Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl
To steal the limelight in a multi-heroine film, and that too from an actress like Anushka Sharma who is known to charm her audiences, has to be one of the greatest feats an actress can accomplish.

Payal Rohatgi has said that after recent casting couch and legal controversies with a number of Hindi film directors, she may relocate to the Us. The actor, who was recently seen in Dil Kabaddi opposite Irrfan Khan, responded to some of the rumours about her. "Well, look, I felt hurt, so I acted in a certain way," she told The Times of India. "But what's really making me angry is how these directors, all men, are saying that I'm nuts, that I'm doing all this for publicity. "I feel that God has a plan for me. That all this is part of something better that (more)...

Though the news was doing rounds for quite some, this is apparently the first time that Soha actually admitted the relationship.
She said since they both were.

And his fans will be happy to know that in this era of mediocrity and commercialism Rahul is still very much following his own path,...

Irrfan Khan is extremely selective when it comes to films. "The script has to excite me. I should feel elated as I leave for the shoot every morning. In the past, I've accepted films that didn't excite me, but I took them up because they're vital for your career. Of course, I wouldn't like to name those films," Irrfan admits. So what was it about Dil Kabaddi that got him charged? "My role. It's an extension of what I did in Metro. When I heard the script, I knew I had to do this role. It mirrors the life of a man living in a metropolis," pat comes the reply. Not many are aware that director Anil Senior had offered Irrfan the role that Rahul is now portraying in the film. "Rahul and I decided to swap roles," he smiles. But will the pairing with Soha Ali Khan work? "That's the beauty of this film.

New Delhi, Soha Ali Khan has dabbled in a variety of roles in her four-year-old career but says it is the spunk factor in a character that attracts her the most.
