- Barney Gumble is told by Krusty to remove a Scratchy costume, and as he does, we see his bare buttocks.
- We briefly see an animated depiction of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. It is strongly implied that they are both naked, but plants and leaves are seen covering their private areas.
- It is implied that a character wears no pants or underwear. He gets up from a chair, nearly revealing his private areas, but He is told by Krusty to sit back down.

- During the second preshow, Jeremy Freeman tells Abe Simpson that he cannot ride due to heart conditions. While he lies, he has some strokes. He then says he will wait outside. This may startle some.
- We see an animated depiction of the Civil War, in which a Union soldier briefly stabs a Confederate soldier with the point of a rifle (not graphic).
- Krusty starts chasing Ralph Wiggum around a carousel, while he yells at him "I'm gonna tear off your head and feed it to your neck!"
- A character is struck and killed by a DeLorean time machine (not graphic).
- A character whacks and knocks out another with a wooden club.
- Sideshow Bob steps on Homer's foot, making him yell "D'oh!".
- Sideshow Bob whacks Krusty with a gun, knocking them out.
- An "Itchy and Scratchy" safety video shown during the pre-show includes a strong amount of animated violence; Scratchy has his tail nailed to the floor, and his skin gets torn off, revealing his muscles. Scratchy bangs his head on a dark ride vehicle door, and subsequently gets banged on the head with a giant mallet by Itchy. Scratchy tears a lap bar off his ride vehicle, which decapitates him, and we see his severed head on the floor (no blood visible). Itchy pulls Scratchy's arm out of their ride vehicle, then the vehicle's doors close, and part of his arm gets severed in three places (we see the stump of his arm, revealing muscle and bone). Scratchy gets several giant missiles shot at him, which burn his skin off, and we see his skeleton.
- Sideshow Bob starts swinging a wrecking ball at a roller coaster, and Homer eventually gets stuck on it, and he his banged around.
- Sideshow Bob uses a giant evil panda bear to decapitate several mechanical elves and pandas (no blood or gore).
- Homer tries to grab beer from an animatronic dinosaur, causing the ride to blow up and stuff to catch on fire.
- Sideshow Bob starts to strangle Bart, but then he looses his grip, and starts blasting a machine gun at him. Then, he starts using it to blow up different sections of an arena.
- Sideshow Bob is grabbed by a giant sized Maggie, and then banged repeatedly into our ride vehicle.
- Maggie starts causing destruction in Springfield, including ripping apart the Springfield sign, blowing up the power plant, and smashing down the radio tower.
- It is implied to we slam into Otto Mann's school bus, and we hear glass breaking. Subsequently, Maggie starts sucking on her pacifier which Sideshow Bob is holding onto before spitting it out, causing Bob to fall down.

- Moe is secretly selling beer in Krustyland, and Homer buys four six packs from him.
- Krusty mentions that he drives a car that "runs on champagne".
- Patty takes all of the missing prescription drugs from Krustyland's lost and found and blends them into a smoothie, which she instantly drinks.
- Patty and Selma start heavily smoking multiple ciggerette buds, and they cough heavily as they do.
- Barney Gumble is shown drunk, and then we see him guzzle down a bottle of beer.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The violent and intense shaking of the ride vehicle could be too intense for some sensitive riders.
- This attraction may be intense for expectant mothers, guests with heart/back/neck conditions, abnormal blood pressure, motion sickness, dizziness, medical sensitivity to strobe, water, fog, vibration effects, claustrophobia, recent surgeries, or other conditions that could aggravate this adventure.
- After Maggie loses her pacifier from Bob, Maggie thinks OUR car is a pacifier, and sucks on us. You can see the inside of her mouth, throat, and uvula. Baby powder smells are released. Played for laughs, but may frighten some.
- In one part of the ride, Sideshow Bob smashes the ground, which opens up a passage to Hell. We then start falling into Hell and see an animated depiction of the Devil complete with fire before Professor Frink rescues us.

- In Florida's version of the ride, Krusty pushes a button that causes the vehicle to buzz which will easily startle everyone on board.
- In the end of the ride, Sideshow Bob tries to kill us with a chainsaw style device, before The Simpsons' coach crushes him, and then Maggie crushes a giant Krusty the Clown head in front of us.
