- Not much just talks. None in demo
- As players progress through the game they can interact with prostitutes.
- You can talk to them but nothing more.
Violence & Gore

- Extreme gore throughout. When shooting enemies, there will always be a large blood splash. When enemies die, they will explode, be dismembered, be decapitated, or sometimes even their top half will explode and their bottom half will be left standing for a couple seconds with their intestines on full display.
- Many attacks will decapitate/dismember enemies with much blood spraying and bones/intestines displayed. Some player abilities can enhance the effect by slowing the blood and gore down.
- Blood and gore can be turn off in the settings.
