- Beginning of the journey at the Pont Saint-Bénézet: Tiga sings the famous song "Sur le pont d'Avignon":Then Tiga meets Laurence Belvisi , owner of the guesthouse "La Mirande": they have a walk through Avignon (the Papal Palace) and they arrive at a bakery where they buy a "fougasse".Later Tiga goes to the Papal Palace: Jérémie Le Rallier shows her the "Chapelle Saint-Bénézet" with the great Banquet hall, she arrives at the Tower Saint-Laurent where she meets Thierry Azzolin, the beekeeper who shows her the the beehives: the honey is sold to the great chefs of Avignon. Then Tiga meets Séverine Sagnet (cheffe de la Haute Table de Mirande) and they make a bike tout to the island of Barthelasse where they meet Numa Cappeau, a farmer and they buy fennel and artichoke.Back to the hotel, Séverine prepares John Dory fishes with fennel and white wine.On the next day Tiga is at Gigondas: she meets Michel Barruol (Château de St-Côsme) and visits the famous Roman wine tank of the estate.Later Tiga is with Régis Leroy at the Dentelles de Montmirail and they climb a rock. After that Tiga walks through the town and listens to music: Gabriel André , professor of music and Luc Antonini ,the organist are playing a mass in provencal language.Later Tiga goes to the flea market of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon and travels to the tornado wind tunnel of the Company Volomax: there she practices sky diving. On the next day Tiga is at Pernes-les-Fontaines ( a medieval village) where she meets Brune Passini , a soap producer and and Benjamin Masson a spirulina producer. Then Tiga travels to Carpentras where she visit a soap factory and joins the manager of Volomax : she enjoys then a parachute jump with the manager of Volomax and others friends. Besides we see zooms about the rowing club of Avignon, about the island of he Barthelasse and its flora and fauna, about the churches which have been transformed (Chartreuse of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, Chapelle Saint Ponce , the hamburger restaurant and the Chapel Saint Antoine), about the village of Piolenc and the garlic, about the canyoning at the Mont-Ventoux, about the exploration of caves, about the famous "mistral" wind, about he vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape and about he Avignon Festival.—zutterjp48
