Towards the end of the story, one of the characters talks about a ships wheel. The ships wheel wasn't invented until the mid 17th century, Tudor ships were steered using a whip staff.
In the courtroom scene, as Catherine of Aragon kneels before Henry VIII to beg him to accept the validity of their marriage, a microphone is visible at the bottom of the frame.
When Henry opens the Bible to find the verse in Leviticus about a man marrying his brother's wife, he thumbs through to about half way. Leviticus is the third book of the Old Testament and is very much nearer the beginning of the book.
