- Munna (Divyendu Sharma) and Guddu (Ali Fazal) have nightmares of being killed by each other. Munna wakes up in a hospital, not knowing that Guddu has escaped with Dimpy and Golu. Lalit (Brahma Mishra), Munna Bhaiya's right-hand man is the only other survivor of the wedding massacre. Munna has survived 5 bullets and starts thinking he is invincible. Parshuram meets Kaleen, who says he is sorry for Sweety's loss, but wants to know where Golu is hiding. Kaleen orders Parshuram to forget whats happened and to continue looking for Golu.
The Chief Minister Surya Pratap Yadav (Paritosh Sand) reprimands his brother JP Yadav (Pramod Pathak) for the wedding massacre. Surya slaps JP in front of his entourage. Surya is clear that the wedding incident has stained the image of the party in light of the upcoming elections. JP's missive to Kaleen or the other goons were simply ignored as no-one gave a rat's ass.
Dimpy (Harshita Shekhar Gaur), Golu (Shweta Tripathi Sharma), and Guddu have gone underground in a guesthouse in the middle of a jungle (a local quack has been abducted and he has saved Guddu's life by removing all the bullets). Guddu wants revenge, but Golu tells Guddu to get healed and then think about revenge. Dimpy laments that none of them have even grieved for the lost ones yet. Ramakant (Rajesh Tailang) is shocked at Bablu (Vikrant Massey) and Sweety's (Shriya Pilgaonkar) death and knows that he is helpless. They battle a policeman and his aides, who wishes to kill Guddu and earn his reward from Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) and Golu stabs the policeman to death.
Shaken by Sweety's death, Parshuram (Shahnawaz Pradhan) ask Maurya (Amit Sial) for help, but Maurya says that he has lost his courage. He tells Parshuram that he is very late. Kaleen could have easily killed Maurya, but didn't. Parshuram's family is destroyed, and he doesn't want his own to be going the same way.
Bauji (Satyanand) (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) stalks an unwell Beena. Satyanand is clear that he wants Beena to continue having sex with him. She now sleeps with a gun under her pillow.
Lala (Anil George) bides his time with Yusuf, who urges him to take revenge. They refuse to give any statements to the police (as police investigation will also reveal his opium business). Sharad (Anjum Sharma) becomes the Don of Jaunpur, and Kaleen Bhaiya worries he might attack any moment. Shakuntala Shukla (Meghna Malik), Rati Shankar's wife and mother of Sharad. Shakuntala reminds Sharad that Rati (Shubrajyoti Barat) wanted Mirzapur. Sharad starts by establishing control over his liquor distributors in Jaunpur and gets them to swear loyalty to him. The distributors who resist are sidelined, and their territories assigned to others. Yusuf reaches out to Sharad for help. Meanwhile Kaleen knows that Lala will not supply any opium anymore and plans to increase margins on guns. Kaleen plans to make the first move against Sharad to bring him under control.
JP Yadav wants to punish Munna for the wedding massacre by putting him behind bars (as the CM wants it to look like the Govt has acted against the people perpetrating the violence) and gives Kaleen Bhaiya 24 hours to hand him over.
