Surprisingly funny and warm
donschibus7 November 2020
Normally I don't care much for reality shows, but liked the leader. So I checked the first episode out and couldn't stop. Very nice and warm people, fun family, lovely kids. Something else, something positive in these special times with Covid-19 and elections (moment of writing)... Nice approach with the Texan in LA. L ooking forward to seeing more....

Beautiful family who give an inspiration to all! I loved and watched every episode at least three times... In a time when it seems like good people are hard to come by this beautiful couple and the loved ones surrounding them offer us hope God Speed to the Anderson Family and to all of us hopeful romantics..

Reality tv garbage
Zedyeti18 November 2020
I really hope Netflix doesn't get filled with this kind of crap like regular tv did. If you really feel the need to follow two nobody's scripted lives then this show is for you.

So boring
Caligal-7866410 November 2020
Wanted to love them but it is extremely boring and these episodes were filmed years ago. At least two years. I also feel like for being such a Christian couple they sure leave their middle daughter out a lot. Rarely do they have anything nice to say about her. It's all about the baby and the only boy.

Fake.
cmgg-7432222 November 2020
He's a fake "cowboy" from Texas, who happens to be biracial and tall...plays on the fact that he's different and black, but is a Trumper, and refuses to acknowledge his blackness. And don't even get me started on his hip hop dancing, LA wife. It's a fake marriage, based on his needs, and wanting to get famous. "Whatever it takes".

LOVE this family after one episode
lolly676 November 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I really wish that if people give a low rating, they would explain. Anyway, I LOVE this show and this family. My husband is a country music fan, I am more along the Jeff Buckley, Dada vein....but I am thoroughly enjoying listening to Coffey''s voice and his music. The way he has worked to get where he is just shows that with hard work and faith in God anyone can accomplish anything! Criscilla is also amazing, and my heart is uplifted to watch her spread pure joy. My husband and I have been through a lot the last 16 years, both second marriages, I was crying when Coffey asked, "How do you eat an elephant?". Many years back when things were really hard and I had not completely come back to my faith, my husband asked me the same thing. I just wish the Andersons peace, joy and serenity. Maybe for some people they may think it is too "religious", but too bad for them. Faith literally, along with my husband, saved my life. THE ANDERSONS ROCK!

Amazing man/father/singer, amazing mother/cancer survivor/dancer, 3 amazing children
hayesaverill12 November 2020
I would recommend anyone and everyone - no matter where you are from, no matter what you are really into, etc. - to watch this show. It's nothing even remotely close to your typical reality TV show whatsoever. I wish I could meet this family! They are GOALS. They've done well for themselves by working hard and never giving up and they raise their 3 amazing children to follow that same path. These people aren't all about the money at all. They are your typical family working hard to earn money to support themselves and their beautiful family. They are all about their children, their struggles and their religion! It takes guts to put it all out there for the world to see, and I am so glad they did.

Totally FAKE!
mrserichartman14 April 2021
Pretend to be good Christian people who have strong faith and good values. What BS! These people are living in an affluent neighborhood in Texas (not in an area known for music) building a $M house, sending kids to private school, spending money on wants (luxury SUV, golf cart, hair, nails), and expecting/wanting neighbors to foot the bill for her medical treatments and feed their family, while many are barely managing to stay afloat due to Covid.

After expecting, and pretty much demanding, neighbors pay their bills, she throws an expensive birthday party for a "friend" in the neighborhood and gives her a purse that costs a few thousand dollars. This neighbor should be thanking us since we are the reason Criscilla can spend so much money.

True Texans live within our means. If we have huge medical bills we buy cheaper house, no private schools, eat rice and beans (cheap to make), etc. We don't expect, nor would we ever dream of asking, anyone to pay our way in this world.

Definitely Socialists...."it's everyone's responsibility to pay my medical bills!"

I absolutely LOVE this slice of life Reality Documentary about the beautiful, funny, caring Coffe-Criscilla Anderson Family centered on God and Country Music.
kateann102724 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I fell in love with this wonderful family with three small children. Coffe is the amazing Country Western Artist-Performer/Dad, Husband and all around hysterically funny Christian with God at the center. Criscilla is a beautiful and caring professional hip hop dancer who has worked with the tip-top of Hollywood Music Artists, who just happens to be struggling with Stage 3 Colon Cancer. Filmed in 2018/2019 it shows the ups and downs of a super talented Country boy from New Orleans in Los Angeles, adjusting to being an independent music artist while supporting his lovely and courageous wife while she struggles with chemo and getting well with an amazingly positive attitude.

His Father is his biggest supporter, called Paw-Paw, who travels from the South to support his son's musical career!

Watch to see what happens in this lovely, loving and adorable Anderson Family of talent.
