In the media rankings list, the entry after the Daily Planet is the Daily Star. In the early comics the Daily Star was the newspaper which originally employed Clark Kent. The name was chosen as an homage to the Toronto Star, which was where Superman co-creator Joe Shuster's parents worked. Later, in the Silver Age comics, the Daily Star was maintained on Earth-2, while Earth-1 became the home for the Daily Planet.
The article of Iris West-Allen's that Kara mentions likely refers to Team Flash's defeat of Eva McCulloch/Mirror Monarch, a gender-flipped variation of the supervillain Mirror Master, who was the primary villain of The Flash (2014)'s sixth season; because the COVID-19 pandemic forced the suspension of production, the last three episodes instead aired at the beginning of season 7.
