When J. Edgar takes photos of the Peña/FBI meet-up with his cell, he does the first batch of pictures in landscape mode and then switches to portrait. However, when the photos reach Bosch, they are all shown in portrait mode.
When Bosch tells Robertson to answer the text on the burner that he picked up with a gloved hand. You can see he's about to text back with a bare hand thus leaving his prints on the phone. Which is a crime scene no no.
