Call of Duty has several active sagas; two of the most recognizable are Black Ops and Modern Warfare, both of which have achieved millions of sales over the years. Regrettably, particularly with Bo, the recent releases have fallen short of expectations, leaving fans dissatisfied with the game’s direction.
With Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War, Activision has a great chance to revive this IP to all of its former glory. This next game has almost no room to fail; fans will no longer trust this name if it doesn’t meet certain expectations.
To Make a Good Game, Activision and Treyarch Need to Listen to Fans Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War needs to be good to retain fans in the franchise.
Back in 2008, when the success of Modern Warfare hit the gaming industry, Activision played all of its cards as best as possible, resulting in two sagas that were instant hits.

No one knew how big this was going to be, or is going to be, but Universal/Blumhouse’s feature take on beloved horror video game, Five Nights at Freddy‘s is eyeing a $50 million-plus start and possibly even more. At that level, it would make it the second-best domestic box office opening of the fall behind Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour ($92.8M).
Note the pre-Halloween weekend isn’t known as a robust time for launching films, with the frame’s biggest openings Puss in Boots with $34M back in 2011 and 2006’s Saw III with $33.6M.
Presales have grown to a crazy amount on this $20M production since we last reported (some saying well north of $11M), with some exhibitors projecting a tentpole-type opening of $85M. However, what should give one pause here is the whole theatrical day-and-date of it all on Peacock (note the movie is only available on a paid tier). Last year,...

This season’s first episode ends with Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin and Katee Sackhoff’s Bo-Katan having a conversation about –Omg– the darksaber. Scroll down.
Gina Carano as Cara Dune
We also get a few lines about where bounty hunter and Din’s Bff Cara Dune might be lurking after the actress who played her, Gina Carano, was dismissed from The Mandalorian over her controversial remarks on social media. The...
